You know you're stressed when:

1) You feel like this half the time:


2) You reckon this haircut and facial expression looks perfectly normal:


3) You feel like this the other half of the time:


4) You start thinking:" Doing this to everyone and everything isn't such a bad idea after all."


I know it's exam time. I know it's easy to lose focus on God. It's a stressful time. God is waiting for you to ask him to trust him.

"Cast your cares upon the Lord and he will sustain you." Psalm 55:22

I advise you to:

1) Get enough sleep instead of cramming till 3am or coughdotaingcough till 4am.


2) Don't lock yourself in your room all day. Go out for a bit of fresh air. Jog. Swim. Party more...


3) Smile instead of sadface whole day.


4) Most importantly: PRAY.

If we trust in God, it'll make our path easier. I'm not saying it's all pray and no work ok... =.= But, trust, pray and have faith :)

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge, and he will make your path straight." Proverbs 3:5
